Get Back to Your Roots at the Fourth Annual School Garden Conference in Columbus

The fourth annual school/educational garden conference, “Getting Back to Our Roots,” has been scheduled for the Nationwide and Ohio 4-H Center in Columbus, Ohio, on Friday, October 7, 2016.  The event is sponsored by Ohio State University Extension in Franklin County, and the conference facility is located on the campus of Ohio State University.  The day will start with registration at 8:30 am, and run from 9 am to 3:30 pm.  The cost is $55 a person which includes lunch.

Scheduled speakers include content area experts from Ohio State University Extension, educators from area schools, Franklin Park Conservatory, Ohio Herb Education Center, and more.  OSU Master Gardeners will also be on hand to answer questions along with representatives from other organizations.
