Dr. Tell received his B.A. degree in Economics from the College of William and Mary in 1990 and his Psy.D. degree in Clinical Psychology from Wright State University in 2000. He has worked with Matrix Psychological Services in Columbus for the past 23 years. Dr. Tell is uniquely trained to handle both clinical and business management aspects of the Matrix Employee Assistance Program and has served as the Director of Market Development for the past 17 years. In addition to clinical care, Dr. Tell provides executive assessment, coaching and teambuilding facilitation services for many prominent corporations in Columbus and Nationwide, including retail, banking, insurance, hospital, and manufacturing enterprises. He also helps Matrix corporate clients identify their high potential talent and set up plans to develop them into strong future leaders. He currently lives in Granville with his wife Kristen and their four teenage children Alex, Jack, Piper and Charlie.
