Meeting Agenda
The OAN Meeting Agenda will focus on health, wellness and physical activity, as well as include a report on the Center for Early Childhood Development's regulations work group and writing teams and an update on OAN's Committee work.
Meeting to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room at Vineyard Community Center from 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. with registrant check-in starting at 9:45 a.m.
Registration Details
In order to register for the OAN Membership Meetings, you must have an active individual Membership Registration Profile. Active Members have two options for registering for Quarterly Meetings:
Annual Membership "Bundled" Meeting Registration Option
If you are interested in purchasing the new bundled registration option, which would include a single registration for this meeting, as well as the November 10, 2010, February 2011 and May 2011 meetings at the rate of $55 - a savings of $25 off the regular registration rate per meeting - please click on the following to include the annual meeting registration with your membership:

Once you have selected and processed the membership type to include the annual meeting registration (using the links above), your registration for all four meetings will be opened and a confirmation issued.
PLEASE NOTE: If you selected and paid for the new bundled registration option with the February 3, 2010 or May 5, 2010 membership meetings, you do not need to complete a form for this meeting. Your registration for this meeting has already been processed and a follow-up confirmation email will be sent by the end of June.
*Existing Members: You will be required to log-in to renew/change your membership type. Please use your existing username and password to access the membership options page. Please note that if you have not accessed your membership profile since the new system launched in April 2009, you will be required to review and/or update your Membership Registration Profile first and then processing your Annual Membership Registration.
Single Meeting Registration Option
If you are interested in purchasing a registration for this membership meeting only, please complete the online registration form by clicking on the 'Register for Event Now' link directly above on the right. We do request that all registrants selecting the single meeting registration option complete the online form.
Registration Rate:
Early Bird Registration - $15.00 - open until 5:00 p.m. July 12, 2010 - CLOSED Regular Registration - $20.00 - online registration will close July 26, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. - CLOSED
You will be required to log-in to register. Not a member, Join Now! Once a Membership Profile Registration has been opened, you can then register for the August 4th meeting by clicking on the 'Register for Event Now' link directly above on the right.
Please note if you are already a member, please use your existing username and password to access the registration form. If you have not accessed your Membership Profile Registration since the new system launched in April 2009, you will be required to review and/or update your Membership Registration Profile first and then processing your event registration. Upon completion of the online form, including payment information, a meeting registration confirmation will be issued by email.

Only one online form can be completed per registrant.
If you wish to submit a registration for another person, a separate Membership Profile Registration must be opened and/or active, and then a separate Event Registration processed. Payment Options
Once the online registration form has been completed, you will be taken to the payment screen to complete the registration. Registrants have the option to pay by VISA/Mastercard or by check (payable to OCCRRA). To pay by check, select the "Pay By Invoice" option on the payment screen. Please include this invoice with your payment and mail to OCCRRA, Attn: Ohio Afterschool Network, 6660 Doubletree Avenue, Suite 11, Columbus, Ohio 43229.
Payment must be received prior to attending the meeting. Upon receipt of the payment, a payment confirmation will be issued.
Attention State Employees: after registering for the OAN quarterly membership meeting on-line, please email oan@occrra.org for special instructions regarding the registration fee.
Cancellations
If you find that you will not be able to attend the meeting, please email khitzel@occrra.org so that your registration may be canceled. Refunds for canceled (paid) single registration will be available up until the close of registration. Refunds for canceled (paid) single registrations after the close of registration and meeting 'No Shows' will not be available. Registrations may not be transferred to another individual. Refunds for bundled Annual Membership Registrations are not available.
